These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of menewz, a digital menu platform for restaurants. By using menewz, you agree to these Terms.

The service

menewz lets you build, publish, and host QR-ready digital menus and view basic analytics about how they are used. Features may change as the product evolves.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to upload infringing or illegal content, to abuse, scrape, or overload the service, or to circumvent our security or bot-protection measures.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (menu text, images, and other materials). You grant menewz a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your content, including prices and allergen or dietary information shown to your diners.

Intellectual property

menewz and its licensors own the platform, its software, templates, and brand. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them except as needed to use the service.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and free tiers and features may change or be discontinued.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, menewz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
